Containing notes on Cornish grammar, Cornish-English and English-Cornish vocabularies, a list of place names in Cornwall with their parish and meaning, a list of surnames written differently in Cornish and English, the numbers, days and months in Cornish, and some writings in the Cornish language with their English translations including the words used in administering the bread and wine in the holy communion service, Genesis chapter I, the Lord's Prayer, the Creed, everyday sentences, proverbs and poems, 1748-1749, and at the end a copy of an early Cornish vocabulary in the Cotton Library copied by The Reverend Doctor Jeremy Milles of Exeter in 1753. Bookplate of William Borlase, and also of John Davies Enys who purchased the volume from Bernard Quaritch in 1895.
